Mannington MR-715 is a two-component epoxy stair tread caulk formulated specifically for use with Type TP rubber and Type TV vinyl stair treads. It fills the nose cavity at the leading edge of the tread, creating a rigid, durable bond that holds the tread profile in place under heavy foot traffic. Mixed grey from separate white (Part A) and black (Part B) components at a 1:1 ratio by volume. Available in 27 oz cartridges and 1 gallon pails.
Compatibility note: MR-715 is required for Type TP rubber and Type TV vinyl stair treads only. It is not required for Type TS thermoset rubber stair treads — TS treads do not need nose filler. Ordering this product for a TS tread installation is unnecessary.

Pot life warning: Once mixed, MR-715 has a working window of 45–50 minutes at 75°F — less in warmer conditions. Mix only what you can apply within that window. Do not apply if surface temperature drops below the dew point or if hydrostatic pressure exists.
