Mannington MR-710 Premium Urethane Sports Flooring Adhesive – 2 & 4 Gallon Pails
Mannington MR-710 is a single-component, premium urethane adhesive formulated for installing Mannington Commercial Reset Recycled Rubber Sports Flooring in both tile and sheet formats. This ready-to-use, solvent-free adhesive delivers a strong, durable bond capable of handling the demands of athletic, fitness, and multipurpose commercial environments.
Installers appreciate MR-710 for its smooth trowelability, consistent working time, and dependable performance over properly prepared substrates. With a working time of 30–60 minutes depending on temperature and humidity, the adhesive provides flexibility on the jobsite while maintaining the bond strength required for heavy foot traffic and equipment loads.

Coverage:
✔️ Approx. 95 sq. ft. per gallon when applied with a 1/16" × 1/16" × 1/16" square-notch trowel Coverage per gallon is identical regardless of pail size.
Surface Preparation:
Substrates must be structurally sound, smooth, level, clean, and free of contaminants including dust, grease, paint, curing compounds, release agents, or old adhesive residues. Maintain temperature between 65°–85°F and relative humidity between 30%–60% for 48 hours before, during, and after installation.
Concrete moisture limits:
✔️ ≤ 8 lbs / 1000 sq. ft / 24 hours (ASTM F1869) ✔️ ≤ 90% RH (ASTM F2170) — qualifying standard if both tests are run MR-710 is not suitable for substrates with moisture intrusion, hydrostatic pressure, or slabs lacking a proper vapor retarder.
Installation Notes:
Apply adhesive with the recommended trowel at a 45° angle. Verify adhesive transfer by lifting flooring periodically. Protect areas from light traffic for 12 hours and heavy traffic for 24 hours.
Cleanup: Remove fresh adhesive immediately with a white cloth and mineral spirits. Once cured, MR-710 is extremely difficult to remove.
