Mannington MR-710 is a premium moisture-cure urethane adhesive formulated specifically for installing Mannington RESET Recycled Rubber Sports flooring in tile and sheet formats. It provides a strong, flexible bond suited to the demands of athletic and high-traffic rubber flooring, and is compatible with both concrete and wood subfloors. Available in 4 gallon pails.
Compatibility note: MR-710 is formulated exclusively for Mannington RESET Recycled Rubber Sports flooring. Do not use with other rubber flooring products — consult Mannington's adhesive guide for correct product selection on other flooring types.

Subfloor requirements: Concrete must be clean, dry, fully cured, and free of sealers, hardeners, or contamination. Test moisture levels before application — exceeding limits voids warranty. Do not apply over existing adhesive residue or cutback.
