The D‑Cut RC‑200 Profile Wall Base Cutter is a specialized manual shear designed to make precision miter cuts in popular rubber and vinyl wall base profiles—without dust, noise, or power tools. It cuts up to 8″ wide with a clean, repeatable edge and is ideal for creating matching inside and outside corners.
