The National Rogue is an electric walk-behind scraper with two 1/3 HP drive motors and a 3/4 HP orbital motor. National lists it for hard goods and says that with the right tooling it takes up ceramic tile, wood floors, thin-set, sheet vinyl and linoleum. It is the only National walk-behind with dual-lift blade control, and it travels at up to 150 ft/min.
