The National 6280 Commander (6280-COM) is an electric, hydraulically driven walk-behind scraper with a 1.5 HP motor. National built it for soft goods: commercial carpet, VCT, sheet vinyl, rubber tile and sport surfaces. The adjustable handle lets it work under counters and racking and in tight spaces, and orbital action keeps the blade in the work. The 6280-COM-ROM version has its own manual.
