The National 550 is an electric walk-behind floor scraper with a 1 HP motor and manual (non-powered) travel. National recommends it for residential jobs, apartments, bathrooms, closets and other small spaces, with angle adjustment wheels to change blade pitch and a telescoping handle and removable front weight for transport. The 550-ROM version has its own manual.
