Mannington 250 Rubber Stair Treads (Type TP) are built for heavy-traffic commercial stair systems that demand maximum durability and exceptional traction. Manufactured from co-extruded thermoplastic rubber at a rugged ¼" (6 mm) thickness, these treads perform reliably in hospitals, schools, offices, transit environments, and other high-use public facilities.

The 42" Round Profile features a smooth, rounded nosing that creates a traditional stair appearance while maintaining excellent foot grip. The molded six-grip strip surface enhances slip resistance and withstands scuffing, gouging, and heavy wear. Available in Mannington’s full 36-color Accord palette, these treads integrate seamlessly with matching rubber flooring, wall base, and stair accessories.
