Mannington MR-725 is a two-part urethane full-spread adhesive designed for installing Mannington ColorSpec® and ColorScape® rubber tile flooring, as well as other Mannington resilient flooring products where specified. Mixed from Part A (epoxy resin) and Part B (hardener) components, it creates a strong, permanent bond suited for high-performance commercial applications including areas with hospital beds and heavy rolling loads where standard acrylic adhesives are not adequate. Available in 1 gallon pails.
Hazard warning — read before ordering: Part B of MR-725 is classified as a corrosive liquid toxic by skin contact and ingestion (UN2922, Hazard Class 8/6.1, Packing Group II). Part B causes severe skin burns and serious eye damage on contact. Full PPE including chemical-resistant gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing is required. Review both Part A and Part B Safety Data Sheets in full before use. This product ships as a hazardous material — additional shipping restrictions and charges may apply.

Application note: MR-725 is required — not optional — under hospital beds and heavy rolling loads where MR-919 General Purpose Acrylic would be insufficient. For standard commercial installations without these conditions, MR-919 may be used instead. Confirm with Mannington's installation guide for your specific application.
