National 5000DL Ride-On Scraper

Manuals, parts diagrams, maintenance schedule and specs

The National 5000DL is a compact, battery-powered ride-on floor scraper. National built it on a low-profile frame for easier transport and maneuvering on the job, with a larger hydraulic pump for speed, and lists it as a machine for hard goods removal. It runs on six AGM batteries.

Fluids and lubricants

What National specifies for this machine.

  • Hydraulic oil: Texaco Rando 46 or a compatible ISO or AW #46 fluid from a brand-name manufacturer. Tank holds 6 gallons (22.7 L) total; plan on 5.5 gallons (20.8 L) at an oil change because some oil stays in the system.
