Mannington MR911 Acrylic Adhesive – 1 & 4 Gallon Pails
Mannington MR-911 is a solvent-free acrylic adhesive designed for installers who need a dependable, permanent bond across a wide range of commercial resilient flooring products. It is compatible with vinyl-backed sheet goods, homogeneous PVC sheet flooring, vinyl tile and plank, and rubber or vinyl stair treads. Because it performs well over both porous and non-porous substrates—as long as they are clean and moisture-free—it is a reliable choice for new construction, renovations, and multi-phase commercial projects.
The adhesive spreads easily with a smooth white-paste consistency and cures into a tough, long-lasting bond with strong resistance to plasticizer migration. MR-911 may be used on all grades of concrete (above or below grade where no moisture is present) as well as on approved suspended wood subfloors. Installers appreciate its predictable working characteristics, making it easier to achieve consistent results across large flooring areas.

Coverage:
✔️ Approx. 100 sq. ft. per gallon using a 1/16" square-notch trowel
✔️ Approx. 150 sq. ft. per gallon using a 1/16" × 1/16" × 1/16" V-notch trowel
Installation Notes:
For porous substrates, allow the adhesive to flash off for roughly 5–10 minutes before placing material. For non-porous substrates, allow the adhesive to dry to the touch with minimal transfer before installation. Flooring should be rolled immediately after placement using a 100-lb three-section roller. MR-911 provides an approximate 45-minute working time once dry to the touch; spreading more adhesive than can be covered within that window may reduce bond strength.
Cleanup: Remove wet adhesive with a damp cloth. Once cured, mineral spirits are recommended.
