This 3-piece tool kit for scribing inside corners, a pin vise, a special cove scriber and instructions. Use the cove scriber to scribe lines on the felt for positioning the cove template, then use the cove template for scribing the inside cove pattern on the vinyl.
For the best results, have the contractor make every corner square and finished drywall all the way to the floor sanded and primed
