The Mannington Burke Commercial 250 Rubber Stair Tread is a heavy-traffic thermoplastic rubber stair tread built for demanding commercial stairways. Its six-grip strip surface profile delivers reliable slip resistance underfoot, while the 0.25″ thickness and 1-5/8″ nose provide a substantial, durable edge that holds up in high-traffic institutional environments. Available in square and round nose profiles across six lengths, with a flexible ADA-compliant nose design that accommodates nosing angles from 60° to 90°. Colors are limited to the 36-color Accord program for cross-product coordination with BurkeBase® wall base and accessories.
