The National 7700 is a battery-powered ride-on floor scraper that runs on twelve 200-amp hour batteries. National describes it as bigger, heavier and faster than the 5700, built to remove difficult material on almost any jobsite.

What National specifies for this machine.
- Hydraulic oil: Texaco Rando 46 or a compatible ISO or AW #46 fluid from a brand-name manufacturer. Tank holds 6 gallons (22.7 L) total; plan on 5.5 gallons (20.8 L) at an oil change because some oil stays in the system.
