The No. 040 is a top quality 3″ wide spreader used for spreading base adhesive across the back of 4″ wide vinyl or rubber cove base. Features a polished stainless steel blade and an attractive lacquered wood handle. The blade has ¹/₈” x ¹/₈” V-shaped notches which are typically the correct size for spreading this adhesive (check manufacturer’s recommendations). Blade has just the right amount of flex for spreading adhesive. Net weight: 2 oz.
