This pin vise is used for miscellaneous pattern layout scribing for sheet vinyl installation or making score lines on vinyl tile. Pops bubbles works where a pencil can't ECT. The 5 ¾" long handle has a precision chuck and screw-on cap on its end for holding the replaceable needles.
