PREFLOORTOOLS.COM'S PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY
Prefloortools.com is committed to providing fast and easy service to please our customers. Most orders ship the next business day from the date of purchase, however Pre-Floor honors a 1-3 business day processing time for shipment. The minimum shipping and processing cost on orders under $75.00 is $12.99. Pre-Floor reserves the right to choose the service in which we would like to ship our products (Fed-Ex, USPS, UPS, Freight). For rush delivery (2 day, 3 day, overnight shipping) please call to place your order. Some orders ship from locations other than our Wilmington, NC store. If your order ships from another location, your tracking number will not immediately be available. Please call to obtain your tracking number if this is the case. Please allow additional time for these orders to process. There are no refunds offered for shipping costs.
PREFLOORTOOLS.COM'S FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Orders in which the subtotal (before tax and extra fees) reaches $75.00 can qualify for free shipping to the lower 48 states only. Most tools qualify, however some items do not. Items that do not qualify for free shipping include: Nails, staples, brads, blades, adhesives, tack strip, metals, vinyl and rubber products such as cove base, stair treads, vinyl flooring, reducers and transition strips, flammable or hazardous materials, and excessively large or heavy items. If there is any confusion about your shipping total please call us at 877 222 4477 before placing your order. Extrodainarily high shipping costs usually result from errors in shipping calculation and can be adjusted accordingly.
PREFLOORTOOLS.COM'S INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the unpredictable costs associated with international shipping, all international orders must be placed via telephone.
PREFLOORTOOLS.COM'S TAX POLICIES
Items sold by Pre-Floor and shipped within the state of North Carolina will be subject to North Carolina sales tax. Certain items sold within California will be subject to California state sales tax as well. The sales tax amount will be displayed in your cart before the order is placed.
PREFLOORTOOLS.COM'S ORDER POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. If your order is cancelled you will be contacted within 24 hours of the first business day after your order is placed stating the reason we cancelled your order. Order cancellations are usually due to unforeseen technical problems that cause errors in cost calculation. If your order has been cancelled and you would like to know more please e-mail or call us during our regular business hours.
PREFLOORTOOLS.COM'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All return merchandise is subject to review. Returns requested within 90 days from the date of receipt are usually subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns past 90 days from the date of receipt may incur additional charges. Request for returns must be in writing, either via e-mail or fax from buyer. Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds under most conditions. Pre-Floor must receive the product before any refund will be processed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part. Exchanges are not subject to the 20% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued upon receipt. If the product has been removed from the box, used or damaged this may effect our ability to do a return or exchange and may incur additional fees. Any items received that appears damaged or is damaged through the shipping process must be reported within 7 business days or maybe subject to normal exchange policy.
